Terms & ConditionsBooking FormAfter receiving your request for a reservation, we will confirm your Property availability and once you confirm by email or telephone your intention to book, we will provide you with a Booking Form with details on how to proceed with payment of the deposit and final payment. You should confirm your acceptance of this by returning your Booking Form, completed, in order to validate your booking. After this process we will block the dates off from the web site. PaymentA non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as payment is received by your preferred method. The remainder is due 8 weeks before your arrival date and please note that you will not receive any statements or reminders. If the balance is not received on the due date, with no reason why, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and make the dates available to others. If this happens, your deposit will be non-refundable. Rental PeriodThe rental period is based on the number of nights spent in the accommodation. Access to the property will be from 14.00 hours on the day of arrival and from 12.00 noon on the departure unless you have agreed a 'late departure' with our Operation's Team and paid the necessary fee. The charge of CP20 for apartments and maisonettes and CP30 for Villas after 12 noon for either remaining in your property on your final day or be moved to accommodation nearby. Cancellation By clientWE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT COVERS CANCELLATIONS. If you need to cancel your reservation after you have paid the full amount, we will make the dates available again and if we manage to re-sell the property we will refund 60% to you. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING EITHER BY E-MAIL OR FAX. Cancellation by CyprusforyouWe reserve the right to cancel any reservation if faced with 'Force Majeure' (ie unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control) the consequence of which we could not avoid. These include but are not limited to war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire flood, adverse weather conditions or the threat of any of these. If we make such a cancellation, we will do our best to offer the Client comparable alternative arrangements or a refund of all monies paid in respect of the Clients reservation. It sometimes, if rarely occurs that other situation arise, equally beyond our control' these include but are not limited to failure of equipment, loss of water supply, electricity or access etc. If the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time period, then we will offer alternative comparable or better arrangements. This applies only in the case of the problems with an individual property and does not apply for instance to an area wide loss of electrical or water supply. Travel DocumentsYou are responsible for ensuring that you are in possession of all necessary travel documents and that they are valid. You are responsible for any disruption in your own travel arrangements. SecurityIt is your responsibility to ensure that your passport, travel documents and money is put in a safe place in the property and the property is locked when you vacate it. ComplaintsIf you have a complaint during your stay, you must inform us on the telephone numbers given and we will do our best to resolve the problem straight away. |
